Bad service

My pension fund money was deposited into the wrong account, I was then told by the CCB Rusk Management to come to the branch to withdraw that money since they cannot reverse it. Trust me I've never been here from Friday, Saturday and even today Monday 08th February I still haven't got helped.I was told the withdrawal is approved but when I got to the tellers there was no communication whatsoever. I am really disappointed at this moment
