Bad service

Fnb is one of the worst banks to bank with. I've been with them over 10 years and up until today I can't even get a personal loan with them. Everytime it gets declined with No reason as to why. Me having both my business and personal accounts with them. I want this to be taken very seriously and a response from highly qualified professionals from FNB and the person that keeps declining my application. Please look into this.
