Bad Service
I called the home loan department for a query with my home loan. I spoke to the first lady Miyelani whom couldn't answer my question and doesn't give you a chance to speak. She couldnt assist me and told me direct that i have to speak to someone else. Second lady, didnt get her name also couldn't help and didnt even tell me that she was transferring me. Had to follow the line once again. FNB why is it your staff cannot assist with queries?
