BAD SERVICE

I received a temp loan in June 2019 and it was paid back the very same month. On my credit profile the temp loan still appears as active and the full amount is due. I have been calling fnb for a month now speaking to different consultant who all promised to send me a paid up letter and to update the credit bureaus but nothing. Every week I am promised and paid up letter and I have not yet received it. I have confirmed if FNB has the correct email address and they but 4 weeks later, I still have not received a paid up letter.

A month later and still no assistance. Compuscan still shows the account as unpaid. I am definitely closing my fnb accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
