BAD Service

Their service is very poor. Calls are answered late, every time I call , I'm transferred to another person or department which is the wrong place. Then the phone gets dropped or cut. Mind you, these calls aren't free. I've been trying to cancel my credit card, and their consultants are rude, and clearly do not have the information as they transfer you to another person, or give different numbers to call. Absolute ridiculous for such a bank as an FNB. I expected better service than this.
