Bad service

I have been complaining trying to close my account with one excuse to the next. Money keeps being debited off of my account. I have talked to the ***** the partment and all they say is sorry mam you must go in to a branch. As soon as I go they so no mam you need to phone and they will be able to assist you. I wanted to close my account last week and all I got was sorry mam you cant do that we will let you know when you can. I have been trying to reverse the money since last month with no success and I cant even block the account who is debiting my account. I am tired of fighting to get my money back
