Bad Service
I have being out of the country since September last year on a business trip.
FNB closed my account first of all without my concert or even notification. Now I have being sent from pillar to post. I sent an E-mail to senior managers (Ms Karenza Hadskins and Mr Martin Lolwane Branch Manager) at my branch in Cape Town Adderley Street on 26/02/2015. None of them even had the common curtesy to replay to my e-mail.
Now since last week, I am still waiting for the response from FNB. I am still out of the country until end of April or May 2015 and I have my son's school fees and my personal accounts to be paid that are normally done via internet banking.
This has always being the attitude of FNB management and personal last year September Mr Lolwane promised to get back to me on an \investigation"and until this day he never did.
I have being a customer of FNB for the past 10 years and unfortunately I am still a customer not because they provide a good service simply because the 4 major banks in South Africa are the same"
