BAD SERVICE

M y mother passed away in 2016 and FNB was the excecuter for the estate as per the WILL left by my mother,they requested my mother's original ID book and Death certificate.The estate was finilized in 2021 and we have been requesteing the documents back and we have been told the will look on the archives, to my surprise they have lost the documents only the copies were found in the archive.

We havent receiced any of the documents requested including confirmation of the estate being finilized and the title deed of the house.

We have been in contact with few representatives9whom i will not mention at the moment) regarding this matter and since the knowledge of the loss of the documents they have gone completely mute non of them is responding to the emails sent regarding a way forward as we need the documents.

We occationally face challenges where we have to produce proof that she past on and we dont have anything, we can not go like this someone needs to get on this matter as soon as possible.
