Bad service

I had an account at FNB Key West. That was closed by FNB for no activity. I went to the branch twice with no joy to open it again. The first time I was asked for proof of address and all that I had was a FNB bank statement which they said they cant accept their own documents. With the lockdown I cant get a proof of address from the town council and got a letter from the ward counselor. The branch told me this morning that they can't accept it. It looks like FNB does not want to help clients. The staff was very unhelpful.
