Bad service

I've delet with incompetence or a lazy bank that doesn't want to provide me with the service I need yet thy take thier bank charges without giving me the service I require or ask for its more then a week where I'm awaiting feedback on my account. Are thy lazy or are thy just to busy getting new clients I'm honestly upset with how thy treat me.
