Bad Service
I currently have a loan with First National Bank I have been requesting a settlement letter with a valid account number in order to settle this loan..I have been been sent from pillar to post with no luck but instead they sent me an interim statement.Im not happy with their service at all wouldn't recommend this bank to even my worst enemy.Very poor customer service.
