Bad Service

I have a problem. I have lost a job and notified fnb so they can assist with a break or arrangment. I think it was in May when I submitted all my documents. In June, an assessor was sent to my property,thereafter,no one cared to call and inform me what will be the next step or what I should expect. I kept on sending follow up emails then I got a response on the 06th of July. On the 11th of July, they sent an email saying I should expect a call the following day(12th July). To this date, no one has called me. I went to the branch on Friday(29th July), and it was escalated and told to expect a call the following day. Still the same thing, no call.

I just called them now and was told to wait for the lady who is handling my case, her name is Majola Delia. I now believe there is people who sleeps while at work cause now I do not know the future of my bond. Maybe they waiting for a time to come and chase me out with my kid. You will never know.
