Bad service

The staff don't have customers at heart. The manager / supervisor brings her relative and make them jump the queue with no ticket. Some clients have to sit for very long with no one attending to them. Sitting in the bank for more than an hour and had it not been that I asked to be assisted I was going to rot in FNB. My advice to the staff......walk the lines identify what the customers want it makes a difference in your business. Stick to the ticketing system.
