BAD SERVICE

I’m unable to withdraw my money from my savings account (pocket savings) they told me that I don’t have access to it because I owe African bank. I went to African bank and asked if I owe them they said no I don’t, went back to FNB and to gibe them feed back and they said I should go back to African bank and ask for a letter stating that I don’t owe them. I went back again to African bank and they said they are not giving me any letter since They don’t have me on their system. Went back again to my bank FNB and they said unfortunately there’s nothing they can do, I asked to speak to the manager hoping to get some help but she told me the same thing. This happened in 2018 and by the way I started banking with them since 2011 till now and I still don’t have access to my savings account however I can transact on my cheque account and my salary is being paid to it monthly💔
