Bad service

Fnb shut down my accounts with no explanation and I've been running around talking to call center agents and they told me I'm supposed to speak or get a call from a investigating officer named Achmat benett and they even gave me an email after I told them I had been waiting for a long time. The guy does not even reply to my emails, No one from fnb has called to explain what is going on unless I call call centers. Incredibly disappointing
