Bad service

I received an sms from FNB that i should submit my tax number on their website some months back, of which i did. When i log into their website i see that tax ref on my profile,Now this morning i got another sms that i must submit my tax number or there are freezing my account in 30days? Like really , how come i can see the tax number and yet they cannot.I have been calling them since morning and their consultants are not helpful, the first one said he will send the forms on mail until now nothing has happened, the second one was even rude and didnt want to help at all. I used to trust the bank but now its not the same you dont even sleep at night thinking what is the next sms . Sometimes i will be so busy thinking you are covered but it is not safe.
