Bad service
I am honestly sick and tired of how FNB operates. I opened a ***** case three months ago of an amount that taken from my card in Zambia and I did not receive any response for months until I got an email stating that they couldn’t get ahold of the merchant and that I must contact the merchant. My question is why do we bank with FNB if they are not going to go an extra mile for the customers. Second case is there was a R20 504,39(dollar thrift) and a R5852,52(Avis) that was taken from my account while my account had no funds...FNB authorize this huge amount of purchase without my authorization and I strongly believe that I do not have a an over draft. I informed FNB that I had lost my wallet that had my card and lD at that point. When I called and asked FNB as why did they authorize such a huge amount of month on a account that doesn’t have funds they told me that I have used these companies services before so clearly people from car rentals can use our card numbers and do a purchase and our bank FNB will approve regardless.I reported this to the ***** department which normally take forever to respond I am sick and tired of Fnb’s service and I want those funds reversed and my account back to normal. Last case on the 16 November lucky accidentally deposited R7000 into the same account and we were told to reverse the funds and it will take 5working days which today is day five still the money has not been reversed and I need this money reversed ASAP. We pay for private clients bank charges every month however I still need to go in and out of the branch the bakers are hardly helpful and FNB is so quick to hand your account to legal department without even using all the relevant forms of communication with a client.I mean if they can not get ahold of you on the phone why do we have emails on their system??? I need a supervisor or manger to attend to this matter ASAP before I take further steps!!!
