Bad service

Good day just want to share my experience here ive phone fnb about 2 month ago to close one of my bank account lady told me no problem we will do it just need to wait 48 hrs now 2 months later i see account is standing on almost R5600 in arrears due to unpaid items and debit orders and bank charges this service is unexpected
