Good day FNB, Can someone please review your debit order reversal rule you have, this is the only bank I have seen that does not offer clients freedom of their money. I need assistance to reverse a debit order that was debited yesterday incorrectly, I'm told it will take 14 days to be reviewed (which is around the same time the provider takes to refund). I don't have 14 days to wait. I need my money ASAP just like how the other banks your competitors would do. Your consultants are very rude you cannot communicate anything with them as they 'know more than you'
