Bad Service

I went to activate my business account the Indian guy that assisted me was very unprofessional. He did not upload my documents properly on the first day so i had to go back the next day and he told me he was not at work the previous day he never helped me and i showed him his signature then changed his tune told he has a lot on his mind

As far a i know when you help someone in professional environment you address them as sir or mam not my friend

He needs training in customer service
