Bad service

I still don't know why is fnb keeping on doing the same thing to my account. Now my account is on areas by R245, the is is this 1lte ms on my account the other is for R45 and the other is R200. Two months ago it happened I complained they fixed it without any explanation but no really can not cope with this. One might think of changing the facility, really disappointed 😥
