Bad service

Bad service . I'm very unhappy about the service that I received from Fnb I've been a client with them for many years. I app**** for the covid payment break and the application was approved.But on the 27 they deducted instalments for my accounts.Seriously how is this possible? Now I have to call them and everytime they keep transferring me to other departments....this is not fair !
