Bad service.

My business debit card expired 30th April. Been waiting for a card eversince. Called FNB numerous times and I am told the same story. My card is with their couriers UTI. I still could not get help even though i spoke to UTI staff personnel, I told them to deliver my card at a certain FNB Branch. I am left to accumulate charges by using cardless withdrawal service.
