Bad service
Got an SMS this morning to say that my account is in excess. When i loggin to my online banking account is saw it was for a revearsal fee for a revearsal that i have done at the end of Feb already which FNB only decided to take off today. I was told that it takes a month for it to go off which means it had to go off at the end of March. No because off that the money that is left in my account i wont be able to draw it because my account is in a minus amount so as soon as i transfer it it will be taking to bring the account into a positive amount.
