Bad service

I was at FNB another province and my business partner was in impumalanga province at Volksurst branch they refused to assisted him saying we must be at the same branch at the same time I talk to the lady by the name of prudence sibisi she refused to assist us.and is not the first time they don't value the customers but the Branches in Gauteng are always helpful I wish FNB can assist to charge her behaviour
