Bad service

I am a very unhappy customer, I had to pay all my reversal fees which was not my fault. The merchant continued to debit my account irrespectively that my payments were are to date. I feel ignored in this matter. No one called me or even contacted me in regards of the reversals. Customer service never assisted me in the reversals of all the fees.. bad service
