Bad service

This is the worst insurance company you can get. I logged a claim on the 9th of September 2024. If I dont call or email I don't get any feedback. Kaylush who handled the claim first stated the claim is sorted and when I follow up again then it is escalated to manager and he asks exactly the same info and I must send it again to him. And then you get questioned on your weight loss and must provide pictures how you look after they told you they worked through cctv. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone
