Bad service
I have paid my revolving loan and their consultants said they will sent an email for closure but still today the account has not been closed. I've been charged interest where as the account was paid in full. Cancel that **** ACCOUNT coz what ever interest yall will continue to charge me I will not pay coz I've paid the revolving loan in full, then incompetence of your consulting its draining and the level of service I've received its very bad. Close that ****en account before I move to a bank which will know how to handle their business!!

31 Jan 2022, 20:46I have been waiting for someone to call as you guys promised but now I can't use my fnb app been getting error message since Saturday. Can this matter be sorted as a matter of Emergency! I want my app to start working as soon as possible, you guys have shown that you're unrealiable and you don't keep your promises.
