Bad Service

I tried to open a FNB account to cash out money fro my PayPal account. PayPal is affiliated with FNB. After opening an account the teller told me that he doesn't know how to link the PayPal account. He called someone else who the told me that I need to come in with my laptop and then we can try to do it. When I told him that I do not have a laptop he rudely told me" Then you have a problem". PayPal is advertised as part of FNB services, how can the staff not know how to help you. I tried doing the linking on my phone with their stupid application with no succes. They charged me almost a r100 for the stupid bank account in the the 1 month and I still am not linked. Today I will go to Waterfall Mall to see.if they can help me but I am very sceptical.
