Bad service

Elderly man waited more than 10 min at the ticket machine without getting assisted. Several employees saw the old man and just continued about the businees. A lady by the name Nomaswazi finally assisted her on the way to the back office. He was than told to sit down without a ticket and made to sit another 20 min while people who came after him got assisted. Elderly man shared he's frustration with me and how unhappy he was.
