Bad service

Always seems to disappoint. Was at Rustenburg Square branch, sat in the que for a while to get change. When I got to th teller they informed me that only business accounts can get change. Went ro waterfall mall branch, friendly staff and got assisted right away as always. SQUARE BRANCH, wake up. Disappointment after disappointment. Absolutely bad customer service
