BAD SERVICE

Phoned into Platinum Help Desk and Premier Banking and have spent more that half an hour on the phone trying to get somebody to amend details on my profile. Their consultant being Bontle Tumahole merely confirms that there is no one at FNB that can assist me with my querry. When telling her it was unacceptable she put the phone down and terminated the call. I then phoned again - this time online banking for Platinum Card Division. She sounded a bit more helpful, transferred me back to Premier Banking and after holding and holding on I was just cut off again.
