Bad service
SARS paid my refund into my old FNB account (18/02/2016) which fnb closed. I went into fnb cpt branch (18/02/2016) and had account successfully reopened and funds appeared in my account on 19/02/2016. When I tried to transfer funds into my standard bank account fnb blocked my account and since 19/02/2016 I have been trying for fnb to either release my funds or return it to sars in order for sars to pay it into my new account. I have had no luck with fnb.
