BAD SERVICE

I experienced an issue with FNB on the 1st of Jan while paying my rent, The ATM debited my account but the transacton is still showing as processing and the money did not reflect to the recipient and they said it will reflect after 5 days it's been 15 days now, FNB should do better it has bad service and this has caused me stress and inconvenience, I will appreciate the assistance about this matter.
