BAD SERVICE
Over payment on revolving credit loan to be refunded. Since Monday 8th February 2016 I have been requesting for my over payment of R6000.00 to be refunded. I was told that this would ne done within 24 Hours this is now 48 Hours later and it is still not done. Every time I phone they tell me that it was escilated and the Credit Manager is not available. *** + Reference Ry***<br>
