Bad service

Good day my name is Mzimkhulu Wellington Gcina I would like to share my experience with first national Bank in Grahamstown(Makhanda) in June I lost my wife which we had savings on one of her accounts with Fnb, I then visited the branch with the masters letter of authority and I was told I need to open up a late estate account which I did on the same day but was told that the money will take about 3month to be processed that time it was around August. I then came back in November because I need to use the money now in December the 13th they kept saying it will take a week then a week goes by then same story again the following week and today I was told that the person who does the transfers is not available and I need to use this money by Thursday and they telling me I'll get it on Friday afternoon
