Bad service

I called FNB Online looking for an HR contact person as I need my IRP5 documents. I was on the call for 10 minutes when they decided to drop my call due the consultant not having the knowledge. No decency to call me back. I am against such customer service. Please email my IRP5 documents from 2010 to 2013. Email: ***.
