Bad Service

I made payment arrangements with FNB collectors but they sent an sms saying my debit order came unpaid when the was funds in my accout.<br> The next sms I get is of money more than the agreed amount , I am banking with FNB and their collectors cannot do as they please with my accout.<br> When an arrangement is made we have to stick to it to recover the owed money,<br> When phoning them they dont answer
