Bad Service

I have been queuing from 13H00 now its 15H00 just to collect a card. I am still queuing now without any hope for help, yesterday I waited for an hour and I left. FNB must really change their strategy. This is horrible. Waiting for more than 2 hours just to collect a card. This is bad.
