Bad service
FNB has really ****ed me off besides bad service they must pay back my money I'm really ****ed I think it should be called FNB how can we rob you!!!!!

Each time i get a call i need to start from step one
Please call your hillbrow highpoint branch thats where i lodged my complaint and nothing has happened ever since
How do you expect me to pay my bills????
