Bad service

This morning I accidentally transfer R5570 to my resolving loan. I contact FNB they told me I can not get back my funds as I am in access of my accounts. My accounts is up to date. I just want to transfer the money back because I must paid my other debit orders. Resolving loan is different from my other accounts. How can they block my funds as it is up to date. It is bad service. Because of that I can paid not my other accounts as they do not want to transfer the money back to my account I accidentally transferred to my resolving loan

I phone the resolving Loan department at 8h00. I ask them pls to assist me transferring back the money as my debit orders will go off tonight. Their reponse was they will forward an email to the admin department maybe I will get an repons at the end of the day. This is pathetic as my accounts is up to date

If FNB do not paid back my money that I accidentally pay to the resolving Loan none of my debit orders will go threw and then FNB will charge me 189 for each debit order because they do not care as I told them it must be today as FNB is closed on easter
