Bad service

I have logged with (Dieketseng Madia ) on the 1 June and today Olebogeng and last week was Leona no one seems to help me .a query for two week back they told me to wait for 5 -10 working and today no feedback from them.what is so difficult to reverse my money I’m ****ed with this back this is not the first time I dealt with
