Bad service

Hi I would like to report ***** on my account a Company by the name of Ntonyana Project the debit my account every month and I try to sort it but no winning with Fnb This ***** i can't believe that nothing has been resolved This company or person deduct small amount and the response i received from FNB unfortunately we can not assist so money are not safe they try on both my current and savings account Can FNB look into both accounts for Ntonyana Projects
