Bad service

I went to fnb branch in Hartebees to query an amount of R900 that I deposited at branch atm on the 11th January 2023.I was informed that the amount is not reflect in the system.I took liberty to print the statement from the ATM I used and it reflected in the credit card I closed in March 2022. and seems that credit cards does not exist in their files.The consultant promise to escalated the query and give me feedback and todate I did not hear anything..***
