Bad service

So I received a call from an agent from DSV calling to arrange my FNB card delivery, I asked the lady to tell me the exact day for the card delivery so that I can make myself available or nominate someone based on the day of delivery. The lady refused to give me the exact day she need I need to be home for the next 3 to 5 working days to collect the card. Take a lot recently delivered my card and they were so professional and they could understand that time is money I can’t be expected to be home for 3-5 days because of their poor administration and organization. In the past FNB has used CCD to deliver my card and I was never told to be home for so many days. They could give me the exact date.

Please use organized courier companies like Take A Lot and CCD so that we don’t receive such poor services and disrespect to be told that we should stay home for the next 3-5 days so that I can receive my card as if I don’t have anything better to do with my life.
