Bad service

There had been unauthorised amounts of R50 going off my credit card since December only noticed now, spoke to agents on chat and they not very helpful. They don’t even read what am saying they just make an assumption and answer whatever they want.

Also tried calling, I was holding for long and asked the agent by name of Thapelo to call me back all she said was it’s an inbound contact center she can’t call back and hung up.

I need someone to assist that’s all
