Bad service

What is happening with our banking industry. Both accounts(fnb&std) has since been frozen and have not had explanation or whatsoever as to why and how. Its been a month now and all my policies and accounts are currently on arreas because they couldn't debit sadly when i go to the branch and try to call the department the phones just ring with no answer.
