Bad service

I phoned FNB Instant Accounting to get assistance with my invoicing. The call center agent was not helpful at all due to her attitude. She did not sound like she wanted to help from the time she answered the phone. I have decided to go back to Sage One Accounting due to the inferior support from FNB. Sage's support is far better and the product is a delight to use. I thought of giving FNB Instant Accounting a go as I bank with FNB for my business, but I have struggled with it since November. The banking at FNB is great, the online banking is great, but the Instant Accounting is not.
