Bad Service

I took a Cellphone contrat with FNB connect, a company called DIgital Planet contacted me to arrange Delivery, the courier company could not get hold of me and sent me an sms confirming the deal has been cancelled, i called FNB on *** to cancel the deal with FNB,the consultant said he would send my details to cancellation department and someone will contact me, its been 3 days and no1 has called me, the consultant also transferred me to the department that does billing and accounts, i hold for over 10 minutes every day for 3 days but no1 answers the phone, i sent through my complaint on the FNB website and still no1 got back to me, the service is terrible, FNB will be charging me for something i dont have<br> <br> Royston<br> ***
