Bad service

I app**** for a loan on the 19th of November 2 days later it was approved and a agent told me it will payout pending the debicheck mandate i need to approve on the app i have been struggling since then to get my loan payed out i have been pushed from pillar to post and escalation after escalation and getting no satisfaction. There is a system issue and i am not receiving the mandate surely there must be another way to pay out your clients i am ready to close all my accounts with them.
